It's been a while that I took my camera along and enjoyed the first walk in the snow.
So last weekend we finally got out there, even though it was a short day it was enough to make you feel good and to breath some real fresh air.
We went to visit Gressonay which find itself at the bottom of the Monte Rosa here below on the background.
At an altitude of 1.644 M Gressonay La Trinitè is the highest village in Lys valley, the beauty of this spot is at a certain time of the afternoon the Monte Rosa turns actually pink as the the name states, however I had to leave too early to capture this, but this little town is a fantastic place to just have a relaxing walk , there is a small lake where you can go ice skating surrounded by huge pines.
