                                                                             Torino is my second home since I left holland. Eventhough I always lived in the suburbs around Torino, it is the place where I work , love to shop and walk and go out for an aperetivo or dinner. And every now and then I just go for a walk in park Valentino such as the other day it was nice and warm weather and I took molly for a long walk in the park, where I managed to capture these moments. with love mft

During my last trip for work I stayed at this nice little hotel not far from the city centre in Taipei. The entire interior is really minimal and modern and had basically all the furniture I loved. When you enter the room you will find yourself with a free pair of funny yellow flip-flops,very nice decorated simple clean rooms, I really like the chairs in the lounge with an amazing view on the 101 tower. It was just one of those places you did not expect to end up at. with love mft

Capturing the skyline of Hong Kong by night,  Every now and then I'm lucky enough to be able to pass by or stay a few days at Hong Kong , That city has something magical despites of the fact that it's a hugh and very crowdy city with many sky scrapers it some how gives me a special relaxed and calm feeling. The temperature is always great it's soft, warm but nice and in spring there is always a breeze while you walk along the seaside. Starring at all these buildings all these different architecture around you is fantastic. never had enough free time to really get to now this city , but sooner or later I will. The harbour of Arregai is a small harbour located at the Ligurian coast in the north of Italy. We usually have breakfast there on Sunday morning kind of a family tradition when we stay at our summer home in San Lorenzo where we go in the weekend and whenever we are able to. We like to watch the beautiful boats as it's a small harbour but yet they have some amazing sailing boats. I captured the below pictures on a beautiful day when there was absolutely no wind, the calm sea turned into a mirror. All photography captured with my Canon With love mft

Taiwan was one of the many places I did never visit before. I was there for work but never the less I always manage to see something while it either during a short lunch break in which i always suggest to walk to the restaurant this way I'm able to take some air as every single building or hotel is airco-cold . We had lunch in the Taipei 101 tower formerly known as the Taipei world financial center , it was world's tallest building till 2004 until the Burj Khalifa in Dubai was completed. And while walking over there I managed to capture the art in front of it and some characteristic homes in the neighborhood. p.s The lunch was amazing! Friends for life is what you will find ones you will adopt a dog. I felt in love with the Golden Retrievers since I was a little girl ,  I imagined myself with a white campaign coloured Golden Retriever she had to be feminine and I should have called her Zoe. many years later I finally found her she was 3 months old and I named her Molly, when she was 4 months she came home with me and now we are together for 2 years and pretty much inseparable. She is my best friend, she is there when I'm sad she is there to keep me company when I'm alone. We make long beautiful walks in the country side, we go on holiday together and she is just part of our family.        I like to capture her on every shot in front of my camera and the pictures are just telling their own story by looking at them...................... I collect stones from almost everywhere and I can not resist searching for them, they give me a good feeling when I find the perfect round shaped completely clean stone. They may be little, round,oval,heart shaped but they must be absolutely perfect, also the colour matters. Not just any colour no it must be either perfect white as snow or slightly beige , dark or light grey or even black as long as they are perfect. The last time I took a few I was on holiday on the island of Elba in front of the Tuscany coast in Italy there was this little beach created by stones that where pretty much all perfect ..........but I managed to take home only about 15 perfect stones. Ones I bring them home I have no idea where to put them I got some on my side table in the bed room, a few on my terrace, some in the kitchen and they are not just lying there they need to be stapled in the perfect way!                                                                               

I love note books and little journals in one of my very first posts I mentioned this and my collection expands itself bit by bit. I have a passion for beautiful lofts with a concrete floor, just one of those dream places I would love to own one day but most probably will never end up having. Besides this I just really like concrete as a material in your home, as decoration, stairs, bathrooms, it's simple and plain and it's great to work with using small colour accents, or just stunning white.
